ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of goods is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts on this site under English law. To purchase, you must register, and provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address, and postal address. This site is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card or cheque by a bank acceptable tobellevue tea, whose applications are acceptable to Bellevue tea and who have authorised Bellevue tea or Paypal to process a charge or charges in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase. .

ORDERING

To order with us, you must register. You will automatically be asked for your details when you first purchase on Bellevue-tea.co.uk. When you come back on your next visit, you will be able to sign in. There is no minimum order to purchase at Bellevue-tea.co.uk Once you place an order, we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge we received your order. Note that an order does not constitute a contract between Bellevue tea and yourself. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Bellevue tea.

ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT

Bellevue tea will accept and process your order if a successful payment has been made, at which point you are entering into a contract with Bellevue tea. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner Paypal and receipt by bellevue tea of a payment notification by Paypal, or cleared funds from your cheque, or cleared funds from your bank transfer. We may refuse to process an order for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Bellevue tea will do its best to fulfil the order you placed. If the item you ordered became out of stock or unavailable for any reason, you will be asked whether you would prefer a refund, an exchange or a voucher. If there was any such problem with your order, you will be notified by e-mail soon after placing your order. For indication, we would aim to come back to you within 2 days.

PRICES & GOODS

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is concluded will be honoured and you will be charged accordingly. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the site whether or not that product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. All images are for illustrational purposes only. Products may differ from those displayed.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you have received a discount code, please make sure to quote the code at the online checkout. Discount codes apply to all sections of the online shop except the tea gifts section.

DELIVERY CHARGES Please check our prices here: delivery charges As you will understand, we accept no responsibility for delays in the postal system.

PAYMENT Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card,Maestro, Delta, Switch and Visa Electron. Card payments will be processed at the time of ordering, by our secure payment partner Paypal. Alternatively you can choose to pay by cheque or bank transfer, details of which are highlighted on the shop payment page and will be reminded in an e-mail to you if you selected this option. Customers are subject to validation checks and authorisation by their bank. If the bank issuer of your payment card or cheque refuses to authorise payment to Bellevue tea, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING We aim to process an order within two days of receipt. Note that your order will only be processed if your payment is successful. Successful payment means acceptance of your card by our payment partner Paypal and receipt by bellevue tea of a payment notification by Paypal or cleared funds from your cheque or cleared funds from your bank transfer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by providing us with a notice of cancellation by e-mail, at sales@bellevue-tea.co.uk, at anytime up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. We will by return issue you with a Cancellation Authorisation.

if your order was not yet despatched at the time of the Cancellation Authorisation, we will simply credit your card within a week, or send a cheque if you originally paid by cheque or bank transfer. The refund value will be the value of the cancelled items plus the delivery cost if you cancel all items. If you cancel only some items, we will not refund the delivery cost.

Alternatively you can exchange for other goods or choose to receive a Bellevue tea voucher for the value of the cancelled items plus the delivery costs if you cancelled all items, or the value of the cancelled items excluding delivery costs if you cancel only some of the items of the order. We can discuss these options with you once you get in touch.

If you paid making a bank transfer from abroad or from a business account, all charges for a refund bank transfer will be yours. If your order was already despatched at the time of the Cancellation Authorisation, you will need to return the goods. See below.

RETURNS

We operate a policy of total customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your goods or if you have changed your mind you may cancel your order by providing us with a notice of cancellation by e-mail, at anytime up to 7 working days after receipt of your order. We will by return issue you with a Cancellation Authorisation.

You have the choice between a refund, an exchange, or a Bellevue tea voucher.

We require that you return the goods to us, new and unused, in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or sign of usage. The return postal cost will be at your charge. Refunds of postal cost for exceptional circumstances remain at our discretion.

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation and we will make refunds to you in accordance with these terms within 30 days of the date of the Cancellation Authorisation.

Please ensure you use adequate packaging to prevent any damage or breakage especially when returning products that are fragile like glass. We also strongly recommend using an insured and traceable method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as we accept no responsibility for loss or damage while in transit.

In the event, no one was available to sign for a package and our courier (Royal Mail or other) returns the items to us, the original postage cost will not be refunded. You will also need to cover any additional costs for us to resend the package if you still wish to receive your order.

For refunds, all accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card or by cheque in case of payment originally received by cheque or bank transfer. The credit will cover the price of the item(s) and will exclude delivery cost.

For vouchers, all accurately returned products will be credited by the mean of an electronic voucher, sent by e-mail, of the value of the price of the item(s) and will exclude delivery cost.

For exchanges, all accurately returned products will be replaced by the items of your choice of a similar value. If of a lower value, we will complement with a voucher. if of higher value, we will issue an invoice for the difference.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods. For further information you can contact us on sales@bellevue-tea.co.uk

Bellevue tea is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. LOST ITEMS Only items sent by Special Delivery for the UK are insured, and will benefit from a replacement. Bellevue tea is not responsible for lost items during transit sent in the Uk by Standard Delivery or abroad by Airmail.

At the checkout, you will be asked to choose a delivery method for the UK, so you can choose a peace of mind option if you wish to.

COMPLAINTS

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit or access of bellevue-tea.co.uk or to the products or services you purchase through bellevue-tea.co.uk shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Britain, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the Bellevue tea intellectual property rights, Bellevue tea may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the United Kingdom.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT The Terms & Conditions (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bellevue tea regarding your use of this Site, and supersedes any other agreement or understanding, arrangements, undertaking or proposal, written or oral, between you and Bellevue tea in relation to such matters.
