The small factory of Coonoor in South India that produces this tea is unique.
A single leaf and bud is plucked and the manufacture is closely monitored changing as weather conditions dictate. This precision delivers a wiry leaf that unravels beautifully when infused to make a perfect light liquor.

For the best results and a perfect liquor put 2 grams per serving either in a pot or direct into a large bone china cup and pour on near boiling water. These leaves can be infused more than once.

No milk necessary.
