Delivery Options

UK Deliveries

We offer a flat rate charge of £3.50 on all UK deliveries. Orders will be sent second class Royal Mail which takes approximately 3-5 working days.

Please take note that orders for teaware and gifts with a value of £25 and over will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature. Most orders are bulky. If the postman is unable to deliver, the packet will be taken to your local sorting office.

Therefore, it is advisable to use, where possible, an address where someone will be available to take in the package. ie a business address.

For orders received by 2pm on week days [except UK public holidays] we aim to despatch them on the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be despatched on the next working day. Please contact us if you have missed the deadline and we will do our best to help.

If you require your order more quickly we offer a premium delivery service for orders placed before 2pm which takes 1-2 days.

The extra charge is calculated according to weight.

Smaller orders weighing less than 2kgs will be sent via Royal mail.

Orders of more than 2 kgs will be sent via courier. In both cases a signature will be required.

International deliveries

For International Orders, we pass on the actual cost of Royal Mail Airsure, which is calculated based on country of delivery and the parcel weight.

This is a trackable service. The delivery aim is: Europe 3-5 days                Rest of the world  5-7 days

Please note that duties may apply to deliveries to your country. For most countries within the European Union no charges apply but please check with your local customs.
